You may have heard that the DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is experiencing declining enrollment, as many other districts across the country are. The Student Assignment Project (SAP) is a community engagement initiative aimed at developing solutions. That’s where we come in. DCSD has released Round 2 scenarios and wants our feedback.
These updated scenarios reflect parent and community feedback from Round 1 and focus on cluster-based school planning. Families are encouraged to review the scenarios and complete the Round 2 feedback survey by April 12. You are invited and encouraged to come to the Community Session on March 26th at 6 PM at Lithonia High School. This community meeting will allow Woodridge stakeholders to have meaningful conversations and participate in collaborative problem-solving.
